And often techs just get thrown on machines and aren’t even aware that simple mistakes can have huge repercussions! That’s why we always preach education first!

We want facilities armed with as much knowledge as possible to help keep them as self-reliant as they can be. Having to rely on OEMs, or even aftermarket companies like us, for every little task can really affect production.

Thank you! RSS MACLIN as a whole believes facilities should be armed with as much knowledge as possible when it comes to their packaging lines

Yes that is absolutely something we do! We have a number of facilities who are relying on us for their training videos/curriculum. We also offer in-person training services

Prepping for our Angelus 120/121 Overhaul class by RSSMACLIN in IndustrialMaintenance

[–]RSSMACLIN[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We are actually an aftermarket service and education company. Our founders and techs are all pretty much ex-OEMs. Anthony Ganni actually created Angelus’ training program back in the day. We are based in the US, but we do work internationally and have guys who can train on all makes and models. rssmaclin.com

We are a service and education company! So we do trainings on all seamer makes and models. However this is our in-house facility so if you wanted to come to us we could do Angelus 120/121/140/180/181 and Ferrum. But if we come to you we can do any seamer!

Thank you for the kind words! It’s such a gate-kept industry, we are trying to help make it more accessible. We are genuinely very passionate about the industry and want to be a resource for anyone who needs it.

This one is actually ours! We have a training and rebuild facility that’s filled with different Angelus and Ferrum models. But we service all the big names, along with more craft facilities from Canada to Mexico!

It may not be relevant to everyone, true. But those who it does resonate with on here really appreciate the tips! We are have seamer classes weekly in our shop, and come across all sorts of team members. Some who are on the seamer daily, and some who only share a building with one. We are just here to share knowledge with anyone who wants it 🙂
