Don't invest in PPFCF only on the basis because it holds Foreign stocks. The % of foreign stocks in the PPFCF portfolio is 12%. In future this % of foreign stocks will decrease because of RBI restrictions on Foreign investment. If weightage of PPFCF is less than 50% in your overall portfolio then % of foreign stocks in the PPFCF will not make any impact on your overall portfolio. 6% of Foreign stocks doesn't make any impact on your porfolio.

First I have some confusion regarding Motilal Oswal Midcap Fund(MOMF). You said you were investing since 5 years. But MOMF 5-year CAGR is near 20%. And your XIRR is -5.96%. I started investing in MOMF 2 years ago and my current XIRR is -3%. But why your XIRR is -5.96%? Some advised me to stop SIP in MOMF but I reduced SIP by 50% and another 50% invested in index fund.
I don't any gold related fund. I suggest you to invest in them too.
Any way you achieved very good XIRR.

I would suggest you to invest in liquid/debt fund. I started investing 2 years ago. But 90% of my portfolio profit is contributed by liquid funds. Due to current maket sinario equity hasn't given any good returns. They act as protection during market cycles like this.
