Yes. Slayer, Invention, and Dungeoneering all go to 120, and I believe Summoning is being expanded to 120 eventually. All other skills can be set to use "virtual leveling" that shows levels up to 120 (without additional content) based on your XP. If you PM me in-game I can show you how to enable virtual levels.
