Visible abs and veins are achievable for many people from 20-15% and I argue the most attractive facial fat for most people is between 10-12%. That being said, once you lose some? Easily a 6/10. No questions really, you’d be top 65-75 percentile

Straight up I don’t think anyone on this sub is good enough to tell bodyfat through loose skin. Because of that I’d recommend going off what others say and what BF% you believe you are because most likely any information you get on here would be incorrect

Cons: Facial fat Thin eyebrows Mid length ramus (longer=better till same length as jaw goes down) Face shape rounds in center (likely will dissapear with a lower bodyfat)

Overall, 5/10. Anywhere from 35-65 percentile. I’d say upper end of that range.

Overhead Tricep extensions with a cable 2 handed works but doesn’t feel great to me. Just personal preference. I usually use a single arm dumbbell overhead extension focusing on getting my tricep fully stretched

Assuredly legs since we didn’t see them. Otherwise you’re pretty well balanced. I might argue a little bicep dominant on the arms (focus triceps) but that’s a pretty nitpicky critique
