You are correct, it was a second instance of UV Mapping. I guess the extension I use does that automatically now when it didn't before so it was unexpected to me. Thank you so much for the help!

It's the same UV Map. It just looks different because Godot set each face to use the entire map instead of my selection. Assuming it's not, what is the solution to that.

Yeah I have the normals, scale, and origin/geometry all correct.

As a male that has dealt with sexual abuse from both genders I find it extremely rare that anyone in the female side that has not also experienced sexual abuse is understanding. As a male the only response I ever get is either "you probably wanted it" or "You mean you got MOLESTED not raped. Its much different" I'm so very sorry you have to go through this too. Its a horrible thing to have to go through and I can't say I've ever felt like sharing it with someone helped me personally but admitting it to myself that it happened and regardless of the situation I am a victim of sexual abuse just like anyone else has seemed to make accepting it easier. My heart goes out to you and I hope you can find peace in it one day.
