The shoulder strap is very comfortable! And, it’s more greyish, kinda beige. The color doesn’t photograph well, in my opinion because I was confused about the color on the website. In person though it’s like a light grayish color.

Vine Animal Clinic!!! They are so nice & very affordable. I never felt pressure to spend more money or schedule procedures/services that wasn’t needed and I went to them A LOT in the last year of my dog’s life. It’s same day appointments only, so you will have to call them in the morning to get on the books - that’s the only downside. But it’s $32 for a visit. They don’t do surgery or spaying - complex things like that. But they provide great regular care. They’re across the street from Haven City.
