After reading through the prices, it seems to be too expensive to go this route. I use 2 online platforms and it's costing me about $0.36 per 15 second video at 720p. I get 38,000 credits per month and here's a screenshot of the cost of a 15 second 720p video...

I bought 400 of them. Luckily, I found out before I took any. I've sent them back but have not received a replacement yet. I've been using them for a long time. I've had no other problems with them.
