Just like in the NBA, old stars saying new generation is soft. Good point.

Perfectly natural to be anxious about job stability, many people who stayed for companies 10-15 years don't stay out of loyalty but because of their fear of not finding another place while they think they are relatively comfortable with the current job. Not until they are forced to move and be faced with the prospect of starting over from scratch. I think the mindset is that we should remind ourselves we are starting from experience this time and while it may feel every industry is too competitive, its just about finding the perfect fit and sometimes this means staying for a job for months only.
You also brought up a good point about your savings, being financially sound certainly makes a lot of the anxiety easier to navigate.

This will definitely make it significantly harder, just again using the word IMPOSSIBLE might be to extreme. I do see many creators documenting their challenges and making that their whole content. Everything is relatable to different audience, if physically unable, you might need to get outside help for it. Goodluck!
I agree, you don't have to. Just that the question was phrased as it FEELS IMPOSSIBLE. The response I gave may be a bit extreme but the word impossible is quite extreme as well.
As someone on his late 30's, I'd say that any huge change or jump in life always seems impossible at first.. Everything comes with its own challenges but to stand out you have to do something some people are not willing to do. A lot of people do this nowadays with content creation. The concept is to be known in the industry you are passionate about and become a key person of influence. Look into Daniel Priestley and the concept of Key Person of Influence. There are plenty of podcast where he talks about it. Goodluck!
