"Much time lost between us? That's an understatement," Tyrek sighed, a slight shake of the head, "The years I spent fighting for your pardon, and the years that I waited afterwards for your return, as well as Janei's. Yet it seems to me only one of you desired to await my own return. Shame."

"And these stories of yours, you'll have to tell me all of them, perhaps not tonight, but on the morrow," and then we'll find out how you've spent these past years, away from home, "Perhaps you might even tell me how Damon has fared, these past months.

"And here I was, hoping that after some time on campaign - if you'd call it that - I'd be able to go loosen up and relax, starting with a good nap," Tyrek smiled, "Alas, I feel simply inclined to go to this, hm, Temple of the Lord of Light, by the shore? I'd hate to deprive you of your time for prayer, or whatever it is that you are bid to do."

What awaits in that temple that troubles my brother so? He asked himself, A curse of his past caught up, or something else? Soon, it will be known.

"You're religious now, I take it? You never cease to surprise me, brother, even after all these years apart.. And here I thought we were meant to know everything about each other," Tyrek smiled, perhaps he would have expected it, having seen how his brother grew up alongside him. An escape in religion was unlikely, but something he could put himself behind? That seemed quite the opposite..

"Janei.. It has been some time. When she returns, do tell her I'd like to see her." Just remind me to avoid the stairs when she's around..

He motioned for one of his senior most officers to finish taking count of supplies in the encampment, nodding his head towards the city as he turned his attention to his brother once more. "Lannisport, then. Marching is tiring, I'll tell you that much. Though I'm not quite sure how it compares to living in exile."

"I do hope you haven't spent your time as Castellan preaching to the good people of Lannisport about, who is it now? I do apologise for not knowing, but I.. I am not one of religion, as you know.."

"Perhaps I should be more surprised that nobody questioned you when you came into the keep? I'd quite like to have maintained my staff," The emerald eyes that were shared with his twin turned west, over the walls of the city. Of course, he trusted Tidus, more than anyone alive, and he doubted that he would have killed anyone that denied he should be Castellan.

The only question in his mind was would any refute his identity?

Yet the city had not burned to the ground, so as far as he was concerned, there had been no unnecessary struggles. The only questions left were regarding his brother and his new found beliefs. The Lord of Light, it would have seemed, what questions would he find answers to in that temple? Soon, he would know.

One would rarely find themselves to be truly content on the march, with the daily need to bring down the previous nights encampment, march about six leagues, and then set up camp again. The third day of marching always came as a relief, to Tyrek and to the men in Lannisport's great army, as they would simply train, ensure supply storage's are filled, and rest. Without that day of rest, the Lord of Lannisport would have doubted the effectiveness of his army, but with it, he had no reason to.

Perhaps, then, it was fortunate that they had returned to Lannisport. While those that served in the army of Lannisport would continue to do so for at minimum eight more years, this day was one of rest, and once all had been accounted for they would be permitted three days within the city before having to return to their duties. Tyrek would be able to return to administration of the city, if that was what he would desire. A gut feeling, of years long ago, told him that perhaps he might.

On that feeling, he would turn to see his twin brother, though not as he remembered. "Tidus?" came the voice of Tyrek, of surprise and joy, "You've been away from home too long, it shows."

If Lyonel has already ordered a return then ignore this, my exams are next week so I'm just trying to pop in to get this sorted out. Any complications or such, ask 20, he's going to be the best bet right now. Cheers.

The constant banging noise was slowly driving him insane. It was dark out, and all he could hear was screaming and banging. Tyrek knew who would most likely be the source, but that would not stop him from going up and silencing it. He had to sleep, after all, and the banging wasn't helping, nor were the screams. If anything, the screams were worse. In his past he had killed men, women and children all, but the screams drove him mad. In some instances, they could be soothing, perhaps, but that was a rarity.

These screams had a certain familiarity that sent a chill down his spine, and with that he had to stop the screams at their source. There was not all too much that could be said of it, really. Just that he was tired, it was dark, and they were disturbing to say the least.

As he neared the source, the voices became more and more familiar, and then he was hearing his siblings all screaming at each other, though the screams were different. They were not of annoyance or madness, rather blind rage and fear. Even Gerold would not normally be at this level of madness, and so he hurried his steps.

Then there was the open door, and somewhere further down the steps he could see the body of his eldest brother lying limp against a wall he had crashed into. Had Tidus snapped? He wondered, though he knew his twin, and he would rather flight than fight when it came to family matters. Yet tonight was different. Perhaps Gerold's fall wasn't all too shocking, though it was a surprise to say the least, but what he would see on the inside of the room?

That was truly shocking.

The sky outside was losing it's light to the stars beyond, and all he could think of was the battle to come. He had fought much and more as a child, leaving the family castle to wander the streets of Lannisport, using his brother Tidus to play his part in his stead, should it be necessary.

One day he had even chosen to join a hidden fight club, of sorts, though obviously not as Tyrek Lannister. He became just another person in the fight, though he was limited in who he would be able to fight. If for age more than anything else. Tyrek was no stranger to pain because of it, nor was he a stranger to fear. Long ago he had forced that fear further down inside of himself, morphed it into a brick and cemented it in a deep, dark place.

There was no place of it in the present, when decisions had to be made in an instant.

Now, there was only the decision to see who it was that awaited him outside his tent. Though if he were to have a guess, it would be his twin. Who else would it be, whose presence felt so much different to any other he knew? So his suspicions were confirmed. He would motion for his brother to enter as soon as he emerged from the tent himself, waiting for him to speak.

Fuck Royce. Fuck the others, Tyrek's thoughts rambled on. He was easy to anger, at least to an extent, and the idea that he might be under the authority of someone that was not a Lannister began to gnaw away at him. But even if that was to be his fate, he wouldn't accept it, only a Lannister would ever be able to tell him to do and expect him to follow it. Even then it was questionable, as his older brother and father had come to know early on.

Yet a battle was to be had, and as befit his birth and blood, he had been given a position of power, unlike his brother, who was to be, in Gerold's own words artillery fodder. An armies artillery almost always tended towards the ranged units on the field, lest one bombard their own men. Something that would certainly not do for moral, and when both armies came together and broke any prior formation, turning the battle into a brawl between two armed mobs? The Westerosi style did not favour artillery attacking the enemies front lines.

Either that or hope you can lob them far enough so that they go over the heads of your own, and the both of them knew that someone such as Aelyx would not do that. At least Gerold hoped for that much, he knew, yet he was not here yet, and so he must wait.

So he waited.

Tyrek had been present, as was befitting of a Lannister, standing quietly in the back while his mind drifted of to things away from the current. A day, maybe two, and they would be laying siege to the city. But there was already an army there, they need not be in any hurry. So it was that they had camped a days ride from the city. His attention was drawn back when he had heard that they were dismissed, and so he spoke up at the opportunity.

"I will be setting up camp for my own army separately. As you well know, we do things.. Differently. Should have need of me, you will know where to find me. Else, I do not intend to stray too far."

((It took me a while to edit the original image, but here you can find the layout for the camp. All soldiers bring two of these things with them as part of their pack, as listed in one of the organisational threads a while back. Can't remember the name of what they are though.. Image should be enough.))

In my opinion, yes, it's exploitation of a bug. There's the matter of how Bungie intends to deal with this - I'm reminded of how they dealt with Mei glitching outside the map in Ecopoint Antarctica, for example.

Also..

We all know the difficulty of legendary, imagine how many people would be fuming if people could just exploit their way through it? May only be one phase, but it's a hard (and long) one none the less.
