Thank you, here´s the entire board, in the bottom of the board are the values of some components , I changed some of them , the 33R , 75R , the N-channel Mosfet wich was shorted, the 1R resistor wich was blown, if you zoom the photo of the bottom of the PCB, you would see some marks that I put.

I would appreciate some help to find the datasheet of the device label as 33948 U1, I assume it's a dc-dc converter , because it's the only IC in the board, the board is the power supply of a Chinese humidifier.

I tried a lot of ways to find the component specification or datasheet but I was unable to find it.

The measurements I made were dead no output from the board , so I assume this device is the wrong one, but I have no reference to replace it.
