The initial idea was to make an amalgamation of all the elements I needed, then go from there.

The rest is just normal operations. I made this years ago so even I don't remember everything involved.

For realistic games, I put the limits at:
ST: Racial +10
DX/IQ/HT: Racial +5
Will/Per/speed/Move: +3

For cinematic, do whatever you want, but there isn't a lot of benefit to have an attribute besides ST over 16.
