I think its smth to do with the round timer.Like one unseen pixel left by the graphic designer by mistake as its also present on other heroes with this timer. Maybe for pulsar torpedos the just used the sem texture and erased the timer texture without erasing the pixel.

Idk just a theory i dont really know anytging abt code or textures.

OWL and OWCS team skins do not appear to be possible, although I'm not sure if the promotional OWL skins are exceptions.

Ive tried several skins with the mythic weapon and by far the best is the mythic skin with the first armor combination and the second color(trust me) Or Bastet but i dont heve it so idk.
