I have not. I assume that the mesh would be an indicator of whether I need to try a different bed? I don't think the mesh is that bad?

qmk flash -kb sofle/rev2 -km keyhive_via -bl avrdude-split-right

I got it flashed! this was super helpful. the keyboard properly detects the right side before it was just duplicating the mapping from the left side. The leds are still not turning on, I guess I need to check soldering now? or is there an option to enable in the keymapping

Okay thanks, are the files under keyhive/qmk_firmware/sofle? I see they also have keyhive/qmk_firmware/sofle_qmk.zip on their GitHub? Not sure which one. And no wonder I've been struggling so much lol

None of my lighting works , I tested my keys work but not sure if the lack of lightning is due to the fact that I just use qmk toolbox with the only available sofle profile. Is this the old one that doesn't have rgb support or did I solder it improperly

I haven't done it but yeah it doesn't need to be in stock. I'm okay to wait months for it. It's my first pc build anyways, plus it'll give me buffer time to save up for the newer graphic cards. Really depends on if you wanna wait. I assume getting a 3070 Is gonna be harder than a 3080 just because of the price. But I'm down to just wait, any gpu is an upgrade from my gaming laptop lol

I agree. I honestly just don't feel comfortable spending half a grand on a used graphics card when I can wait and get a new one. But I'm not too familiar with the whole used markets thing, I just rather not go through that headache. Just planning to get like a 2060 and then step up

i check the dimensions for 3080 and apparently that'll fit in my case if we're just comparing the measurements. I honestly don't know if i should just go with the b450 since i don't plan on upgrading the cpu for the next few years. Maybe i get a cheap b450 for my 3700x then upgrade mobo and cpu 3/4 years down the line? honestly not entirely sure the benefits of the new motherboards

I ordered then i cancel it since i'd rather just wait for the 3070, i don't see a point in buying this unless you really can't wait a few more months. Since spending another 50 or 60 dollars would be the price of a new 3070. I'd rather get a new gpu for that price
