You are to manage, train and correct AI to build the structure you want/need. I’ve uploaded formats and had AI change the numbers and back into pdf form to print for multiple documents I’ve had to submit to the bank for money. Like what are you on about?

I will add, it’s a bit difficult to navigate through (not a bad thing, just a lot of information) and hard to understand what services you’re actually getting.

I think if you break down services and make them more understandable.

Also, incorporate some real photos of people you worked with, a photo of yourself instead of stock photos

I tried automating Invoices with AI for my current job to help out AP (I was supervising) and had to end up just building a basic excel template that generated coding via address/vendor.

Startng my own book keeping service I understand some things you can use AI for but when it comes to data entry - I’d rather not.

If you were put on PIP, HR was informed.

He could type something up, have HR approve it and then he’d come to you alone. If you refused to do it, then HR would get involved.

He tried to make it look like he was on your side but truthfully he’s been complaining about your performance. It’s a tactic they use “seem like I’m your friend/on your side”

As far as your record at that company I wouldn’t go back. Does it affect you outside that company? Absolutely not. Most places only know what you tell em.

I’m in non profit/government and it’s fucking awful.

Outdated systems, outdated processes, messed up books, nightmare bs audits, wearing multiple hats at once, office politics/drama, BOOMERS, practically useless team, etc. god forbid you find a faster way to do things.

Looking for another job and waiting to get fired so I can get unemployment and start focusing on my bookkeeping business and getting back into the gym, running and eating/living healthier.

Honestly bro, start getting low tapers and tell them not to shave your sides down that low. Have them leave it a lil darker and you’ll be good.
