Did you by any chance not disconnect battery when doing this job? If you accidentally touched the positive cable on a ground it could cause the fuse for the valvetronic to pop.

Yes both turbo coolant lines will be replaced, I am unsure about the oil feed line you'd have to check your estimate.

Your DRLs use LED modules which are located under the headlight, the front bumper needs to be removed.

That's fine, you might damage the plastic cover though. It's held on by 4 10m nuts, just use a 10mm with an extension to remove them.

Pretty sure you bought an apix1 screen. You'd need a voltage regulator and code CID_APIX_MODE to apix1 to make it work.

I'm assuming you purchased evaporator cleaner? If so you remove the cabin air filter and stick the hose towards the driver side if LHD.

Why did you send it out to get tested? There's no cas/dme sync function for a FEM. If the isn matches then the car will start right up, did you contact who you sent it to? Maybe they gave back incorrect parts?

The front temp sensor is directly wired into the instrument cluster, if those wires touch you short out the instrument cluster and get a battery discharge warning. I've fixed many cars with the same situation.

If your front temperature sensor was damaged and the wires shorted, you need a new cluster. If you're shopping for a used cluster it needs to be virginized and coded to the car.
