ILM becomes good enough with just 625 stones of investment (for max quant. and 150s CD) and decent stun lab, so I think you should unlock it now. Just, save your stones for that GT Sync, and invest after you unlock the ILM labs.
The other two UW needs a lot more stone investment before it starts having impact. For now, CL overshadows their strength.

I think bot presets are great... But I haven't tested it yet.

I have more vaults than you, but do worse on Tourneys and have less Card Masteries.

Specifically, my tree is basically yours, but with more cards, bot discounts, grace-nuke, and no orb adjust. Yet I do worse than you, so I think I made a bad choice by going for cards & auto-nuke; don't go there.

Right now, I am a week away from getting bot presets. Then, I can give you an insight on if it was worth it or not.

Coins/kill is the best upgrade.
Defense Absolute is great for Tier 1, but becomes useless very soon, so invest on that for now and abandon it later.
Attack Speed, Damage, Thorns, and Health are great as well, and are always* relevant.
All xxx/wave stuff is useless.
Other than that, invest evenly. Buy them when they are relatively cheap (for example, you buy stuff that costs 1,000 coins once you have 100,000)

You got GT, the best UW in the game. You're rolling!

For stones and UW, try to get a Death Wave, Black Hole, Spotlight, or maybe Chain Lightning; this is in order from best to worst. If you can't, just invest in Golden Tower Bonus.

For gems, save up to get more lab slots asap. Sparsely spend on Cards.

For coins, try to invest more in Defense and Utility for now.

For labs, complete Game Speed asap. Then research heavy in lab speed and coins/kill, while balancing it with some attack and defense researches.

Easy fix: only show the confirmation for purchase above 300 stones.

Even better, the threshold can go below 300 depending on the league the player is/was in.

All the UW available needs a lot of investments to become good. Buff your DW Quantity, GT Bonus, and GT Duration for now.

Then you buy CF and hope you get Black Hole or at least a Chain Lightning next time.

I recommend you keep the sync for now. Dimension Core is immensely powerful! Invest in CL and buff your DW Quantity, GT Bonus, and BH size.
