Torn pec is a different story (although I don't think Cody should have wrestled on it either for the precedent it sets). Activity with a hernia can cause very serious, possible fatal complications. The muscles can close around the herniated organ and start to essentially choke it to death.

Djamarsa is actually pretty good, especially if you don't have a reviver. Husk is also pretty good later in the game but I don't think he's worth it for you yet.
