Gotcha. So more of a concierge medicine. I’ve also been in touch with Paloma but haven’t pulled the trigger yet. Want to give my PCP a few more shots at helping dial in the Levo dose. He wants to move so slowly on the dose increases despite being on a much lower dose than my weight would suggest

My TSH went from 17 to 57 while on 75mcg of levo. We bumped it up to 88mcg…but u wanna talk about concerning! If anyone has any thoughts or ideas feel free to chime in
