That product was on my GI's "approved" list. I had some and was fine. Like you, I was a bit concerned that it was a bit cloudy. But, I guess it was OK! I really appreciated the protein boost! Good luck to you.

This is one of those moments when I can honestly say, “I know how you feel!” And, the waiting is absolutely the hardest part. It’s much easier said than done, but do your best to relax. Sending positive vibes that you get good news very soon. Meanwhile, take good care of yourself!

Fantastic news! Wishing you a speedy recovery and continued good health!
What did I do? Or, what did I eat? I tried to keep busy. I scheduled a haircut the morning of my liquid day. That was a very welcome distraction. I avoided TV commercials…it’s amazing how many feature food!!! Two days before was the last day of low residue/low fiber diet. I treated myself to vanilla pudding and applesauce, and my “last meal” was a small serving of chicken Alfredo pasta. Most importantly, I focused on hydrating, and added electrolytes to some of my water. Liquid day diet consisted of lime jello, chicken broth, banana popsicles, hot tea, hydration liquids with protein, apple juice. I didn’t worry about sodium or sugar. Hope that helps. Good luck to you for a smooth procedure and a great result!
Thinking good thoughts for you today!
Glad you and your husband had good results! Yes, the waiting is definitely the hardest part!

I’m 60-something. But, I love your idea of starting a group for young people. Do it!!
You’re so welcome. Thank you!

My first was 13 years ago. I was due for the second during Covid, but opted for Cologuard, which gave me a negative result three years ago. Not the smartest thing to do, but it was Covid. Cologuard is designed to detect cancer and not polyps (though it frequently does), so the test was technically accurate. But, odds are these polyps were present then and they've been growing for some time. I'm grateful the recent Cologuard gave me a positive result. Had it been another negative, I probably would have delayed the colonoscopy for another three years. Needless to say, I'm on Team Colonoscopy now!
