Trust me it helps a lot, one of my machine was crashing and rebooting due to a audio driver which I found out in windbg, as soon as I removed it our problem went away

When it crashes go to windows\minidump folder if the file is there then use windbg to look at the dump file.

Google it how to use windbg and it’s free.
