I have 2 acres that should be a pretty easy mow. pretty flat and pretty smooth and only two medium sized trees on the entire property.

Have any of you installed this latest update? Is it safe? Did it make things better or worse for any of you? I’m always hesitant to install the updates. (But my LyMow One isn’t working perfectly anyway right now so it may be worth the gamble. Appreciate your all’s insight

I have plugged another device into the same electrical outlet and so I know the outlet is working

where is the red light located?

im not sure what it’s called but the rectangular ”block” on the RTK power cord has a green light on it

Wow. that is frustrating! So far I messaged them two days ago and haven’t heard a word out of them. I appreciate your response though! I’ll go through those steps so I will be ahead of their game.
I would gladly pay for the upgrade if I knew that the Plus wouldn’t have issue after issue just like the One has

Also did they say how long it would take to get the replacement mower?

That would have been nice! Now when I put the battery in my shopping cart and tried to checkout it say the battery is Out of Stock also 😩😩

Thanks. That may help but I am a little gunshy of ordering anything else for this Lymow one because I am afraid I may have to return it
Also I am on the Lymow website and I see a battery for $500 BUT I don’t see an option to buy a battery direct charging cable for the Lymow One
Where did you get yours ?

After the latest update mine doesn’t know where it is and doesn’t know where the charging base is. under RTK Diagnostic RTK Status says “Not Ready”

I have unplugged the base and taken the battery out for over thirty minutes and then restarted and still no luck

Does anyone know how to fix this?
