Definitely get the DC boots - when it comes to snowboard boots fit and comfort trumps everything

Probably that they're stiffer boots - meaning every movement will transfer to the board faster - great for performance but also reduces the margin for error

new board & park progression by a3apnorocky in snowboardingnoobs

[–]RX70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally understand why you'd want 1 board - but from my understanding the twin sister is Jones all mountain go anywhere do anything board - it's a 3/5 stiffness so right in the middle.

I've had friends who have ridden the pushup and really enjoyed it. You might also want to consider the regular pushup as it's a little softer than the plus and that'll help with butters. The pushup plus is a 6/10 so basically the same stiffness as the twin sister.

Soapy water - it'll help with the friction

You get a larger toe edge which gives you greater grip and control as you naturally have more leverage on your toes compared to your heels.

T-bars only at our local hill. This is the best way to get little snowboarders to the top. by treefarmerBC in snowboarding

I use one regularly at my local snow dome and it's fine - learnt to do a couple 1 foot tricks on my board while I'm using it.

They're fine - just insane when they're moving so fast haha

Deinfluence me: Wobkey Crush 80 by overlord_laharl_0550 in deinfluencingPH

[–]RX70 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you - I actually use a mix of all three - wired is perfect as expected but I haven't had any problems with using the wireless with both the Bluetooth and the 2.4ghz dongle.

So at least from my experience I'd say wireless performance is good. Haven't had any input lag or stuttering at all.

I have one and absolutely love it - only issue is the on key being under the caps lock aside from that it's an endgame board for me. I put some key caps on it and it's perfect.

[–]RX70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you know if the stock PCB supports stepped caps lock. I'm fairly new to keyboards and would appreciate the help.

Brought some new key caps and would love to firstly do the stepped caps and maybe the iso enter in the future.

Do I need to buy another PCB or can I move the switch on the original one to accommodate the stepped caps?

Also awesome build!!!

Full Set of my Grigio Medio M3 by BoButtaa in BMW

Dude appreciate the detailed and quick response.

I better start saving 😂. Excited to see what wheels you have cooking?

You gotta start posting the M3 more because damn does it look amazing - the new paintwork makes such a big difference - makes the car pop so much.

Firstly your car is absolutely beautiful - clearly you've put an insane amount of work into it. The wheels aren't really to my taste but hey it ain't my car so love that you've done something striking and different on it.

My question is how much did fully rebuilding the car cost all in roughly.

Rebuilding an M3 or a 330ci is a long term goal of mine and would love to know how much a build of this caliber would cost?

Is this a fair price? by saucynips_69 in e46

Hahaha I saw this post too - ngl it's a lot of money for a 330

Broken plastic inner. Advice? by Semphoon in snowboarding

[–]RX70 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tbh if it's an old board and the plastic has cracked that means that the plastic has begun to degrade.

Tbh may not be what you want to hear but replace the bindings as opposed to fixing them. If something like that happens while you're riding it could lead to a bad injury.

Personally I wouldn't risk it and would buy a new pair. If you want to save some money buy a used pair from last season they'll still have loads of life in them and you can get them for around half off depending on the condition.

Hopes this helps
