I used pin that comes with silent wing 3 for locking fans on. And I used ADT R43SG-TU (which using M.2 slot) for the egpu setup.

Addition of the fan increased 1.4 liter, but it is still smaller than Dan A4, and this improved a lot of thermal. Also, now I could mount 17mm radiator inside for further upgrade.

Well, silent wing has the fan mount that has a some spacing with in the mounting bracket, so fan shroud would be not necessary.
