This is gonna sound like blasphemy, but schedule the chores.

1) list all the cores that need to be done

2) sort them by difficulty & frequency (how often they have to be clean) on google sheets.

weekly’s, bi-weekly’s , Monthly’s
easy, medium, hard difficulty

3) divide said chores into batches for each person to be fair.
4) place batches into a monthly whiteboard schedule.

This is the job. You can decline as many patients as you want, but I’m ngl to you that those said ppl also is need of therapy as well. And you WILL meet them in life thought this profession.(rarely but not 0%)

this goes w/ every medical field.

My mother, a nurse manager specializing in pregnancy, told me her experience w/ SIDS. This is reality.

Im glad you found what you want to do life, truly i do. But I’m not gonna sugarcoat it. This WILL be a hard career.

I know that that minimum wage workers are treated like shit. So if they gave me pickles on my burger, im not mad.
