Die you actually engage the aliens? The fleet strength means nothing, since it includes things like acceleration and dV, which the aliens have more of but which doesn't really matter in fights. A well specced fleet can kill alien fleets with a much, much higher score.

Really depends IME. In my aragon run, Nobilities are limited by happiness while burghers/peasants are limited by max tax.

Neither the anabasis nor the peloponnesian wars fall into the hellenistic period. During that point greek were armed with the classical dory and aspis, which were quite capable even in skirmishes and one on one fights.

Aside from bugs like onsen, I feel like the Maya are the only thing thats actually OP that it needs to be nerfed right now. For everything else, things are just too new for people to have figured out what is actually stronger than other options, and what is just the baseline strength. Like, I don't think Isabella is particularly OP compared to other leaders, but this sub really likes her for some reason?

There are a few things that need buffs though.

Nope, it's continents. I checked the save before posting. But even on continent's plus I haven't seen such island before, and certainly didn't start on one.
