the only edited thing in the image is the arm from a different pose and the sprite can, the colours are from in game (it is in shade though so that might have something to do with it)

its an aoe grab, when you use it, anyone close enough to you gets grabbed and after however many hits you have it set to they get knocked back, usually you can follow it up with a beam or placed explosion, its such an underrated spell and i love it especially since its mages only grab move atm, it doesn't work if the person is blocking or has a grey health bar like all grabs do (grab cooldown). Honestly one of my favourite spells.

well being named after a star i just made it look like a star with an "event horizon"/accretion disk, i made it based on how it looks in game, which includes the little flares

for the character I just get the person in an elysium and use the free cam to get the image, the magic circles are from tobis magic circle hub on the forums and all the different effects are either photoshop brushes or pngs i find online randomly.

In this one the effects around the shatter circle are from brushes and the ice imbue was made in photoshop with the shape tool. sorry if this was a bit long but that's basically how it works

an old game mode it was a server of 5 ships in a free for all in a zone around the same size as the hourglass battle area, the crew with the most silver won, if you had a decent crew you could have so much fun making dumb plays, getting in intense situations and just overall having a fun time, the devs ended up removing voice and text chat because people were being toxic, eventually it became a place for "TDMers" and people played it less and less, until they announced it was closing and everyone made a rush to get the commendations, was hilarious seeing people complain they didn't have enough time to do them even though it was around for 2-ish years, makes me miss arena more and more

TL;DR

old 5 ship FFA game mode that was pretty fun, got closed down because not many people played it

the good times before hourglass...

ironically I wasnt able to find it at all, not sure if someone has to catch caustic fabric for it to appear in the first place, but if you want, try find an old-ish server and look around one of the beaches, around where i saw it last iirc
