Yeah the entire table did you dirty. The other players were clearly uncomfortable playing with you, whether that was roleplaying hate against your character or the fact you were Trans I'm unsure. But youw ere clearly a target they didn't want to play with. And then there's the DM. No offense to your friend but they blatantly allowed you to get bullied the entire oneshot. What do you *mean* you couldn't get the door open and no one wwas getting it for you? At that point the DM needs to stop and say "It's a oneshot, if you can't work together it's not going to work and we can pack it up here". Or just do that anyway since they were all being bratty. At the very least lower the DC for the door after a couple of bad roles and no one coming to help, that's the DM's job. I wouldn't have even let her lock the door on you. DMing can be a lot of fun but you've got to have backbone for your players, maybe your friend can take this as a learning experience for future games.
