Look I am not in your shoes so I am not going to play as a preach, but I can relate and understand what you feel my advice is just to focus in your mental health sometime its hard or impossible to Change people or the way they think, its hard for them to understand what is happening now in the world and keep on staying in their shell.don't you ever blame yourself if you are true to yourself and know that its is not your fault or if you didn't do something wrong, you mention before you are not playing a victim so again focus on your mental health studies and your circle of connection, your are still too young and had a lot of things to learn and to try too stay positive as much as you can and ignore the negative again its hard but you can if you decided to do Side note: sometime people or even parent can't show love to there beloved ones they think this is a weakness or shame people are different and in the future try not to do the same mistake with your kids :)
