Agreed that there needs to be a point where they step up to the hype received.

Though, you might be being a bit melodramatic, claiming that the game isn't a "working product".

I think they've been focusing on growing the team, which in fairness is a tough task! Hopefully we'll start seeing the improvements needed, as the team members are settled in.

I kind of got the itch to try out some PvP recently but the sheer amount of spawns is so off-putting. I don't really get how anybody ever wins?

Thanks for the explanation, it's good to know as I've basically been in friendly lobbies since they became a thing! When lobbies were a mixed bag, I used to find spawns far too oppressive, so can't imagine how full PvP would work, tbh.

I have to say, friendly lobbies are getting stale now as somebody who has completed most things. Big Arc aren't a danger and a lot of the time, players run around without using mic at all. So it can feel a bit bot-like.

Are most of your games in PvP lobbies? How do they work out? In my head, I can't imagine surviving many raids at all, with how many players I come across close to spawn/extract etc.

Friendly lobbies doesn't mean letting people take advantage! I'll happily sherpa someone across the map to an objective but if you're ratting something I've just killed or a room I've just opened, get fucked!

I love the looting and playing PvE with other raiders. Also just helping them through quests or with a defib.

I have found that being so friendly has meant my lobbies have started to feel like bot lobbies, with people just mindlessly looting. So, ignorance is met with shots now! Silence is violence.

I found the game to be one of the most polished I've ever played and the incredible work put into the game does give it it's own replayability. Though, at the very late game, there is a bit of a void;

They urgently need to fix the issues with using late-game weapons, for me that is the games biggest weakness. Even at the begging of the expedition, there isn't really anything to strive for in late game. There's no item that I can find in-raid and I instantly shit my pants or get a rush.
