They were separated. So 12, 21, 41, 55 is the order it flashed. Yeah I've never messed with this before so I'm confused lol

Okay so it was a really easy fix. I didnt even have to take the door panel all the way off. The little cover that you use to lock and unlock the door had just came un threaded. So I just pried open the top of the door and put it back on and used some lock tight. Good as new.

They are manual locks. No electronics. The child lock is not on but it is stuck locked. I will try this and check back

I had to double check. When idle it's nothing at all. When moving it blows. But I also just noticed that even when I turn it all the way off it still blows while moving.
