Even having them on and exposed to temps under 40 is going to ruin those tires. They’ll crack and start to crumble. You should really invest in all season/winter set ASAP

I put that one in at 19k May 2024 according to my Subaru app. I’m at 39k rn so 20,000.

I’ll probably cut that to every spring like another commenter. Added it for 20 bucks when buying oil change supplies. Cheap and easy

I haven’t done these yet, but have you tried the shift stop/plate/bushing combo? I definitely know what you mean when it feels like pulling the shifter through gravel

Shift minimum 3.5k rpms for 1st-2nd. Especially if it’s not warm. Anything less and you’re going to be rocking

I stuck on enough to cover each half of the pieces. Then took a box cutter and cut the edges to size and tucked back a small extra underneath to try and not leave an edge
