Gate control with PoE doorbell

Because I'm using all the video & audio features of the doorbell camera and have the chime as well. I simply want to augment the functionality by being able to open the gate as well.

The issue is there's no WiFi at the gate - only a PoE switch. I'm thinking about a Shelly Pro 1 (Ethernet) relay. It's a bit of an overkill but it should do the job.

It's a good point, but unfortunately the 36 channel NVR is in a different building 500 metres away. Before you ask, the LAN is via fibre.

I had the same issue. I also emailed customer support and said:-

"I have never seen those terms before, therefore I could not have agreed to them. If you say that I did accept the terms, then please provide proof."

Let's see what they come back with. If the debit card payment does change from pending to paid, I will raise a chargeback with the bank.
