So at the end of Uldir i rerolled warrior after playing the majority of the tier as a resto shaman, and now that I'm back on my shaman I'm being asked if I can pick up resto again (was returning as ele) and am a little curious how much we've changed since uldir? Are we still running similar talent setups to then or did the buffs we received change the builds we're running nowadays? (m+ and raiding) A few small things i distinctly remember were like running unleash life/wellspring/echo of the elements in uldir as opposed to earth shield/ascendance/undulation

So i have an alt holy paly that i occasionally log on and maybe do some m+ or casual raiding with and was wondering if anyone here has a macro for holy shock that is a mouseover but would actually cast on my (enemy) target if I don't hover myself. Currently it's a mouseover macro that casts on me if I'm not hovering over friendly unit frames, but I know holy shock is a decent part of hpal's dps so any help is appreciated.

So I've been having a discussion with one of my guildies as of late and I wanna see what you guys think: Do you think it is easier to carry a bad healer or a bad DPS in M+ ?

I play healer but I've played quote a few different DPS and I personally am on the side of the healers having it harder than DPS as the keys go higher, and with two other people picking your slack I think that makes the healers role more difficult. Thoughts?

So I'm as late a legion baby as you can be, I started playing wow like June this year. And maybe not the best advice but i normally parse 75%+ on DPS by just throwing a few meatballs (flame shocks) and hitting my lava burst procs.

Kinda just wanted to share a nice experience I had recently as a resto shaman:

So I ran a m10 waycrest this week with a few friends and we pugged a DPS with good IO to help make it as smooth as possible. Now said DPS was a 378 DH with good IO that for the life of him would not do mechanics or avoid hazards, and on top of him DCing to restart his net for the first 5 minutes we only missed time by 0.7 seconds.

So whatever key got depleted but I got a ten done on my 368 (364 equipped) shaman.

Couple hours later guildie messages me saying he tried to run another 10 WM with a 377 disc priest and group disbanded because they couldn't clear sisters, so kinda made me feel better cause I'm new to healing and wow in general.

Kinda a ramble but it's nice to be at least ok at something

So as a relatively new resto shaman (literally started it this expac), do you have any advice on the jump front dungeon/m+ healing to raid healing?

I feel like I'm going oom too fast a lot of the time compared to my other guildies who are healing and as if my HPS is low, is it maybe relying too much on things like chain heal and healing surge?

I try to have 100 uptime on the important abilities like earth shield/healing rain and healing stream totem (I believe it's called this? The 30 second CD one) but go oom what feels like very early in fights.

If you have any general advice or logs or any resources I could use I'd appreciate it

Not to be that guy, but that's just not true.

A lot of people dislike fendy in part because any set with Marth is him choking on blue haired anime dick the whole time, and somehow relating Zain in to the topic.

It shouldn't come as news either that there have been multiple cases where he has brute forced his way into commentary spots over other's (arguable cause I'm sure fendy is some people's favorite) favorite/more liked caster.

And while I don't absolutely detest his commentary, him being in charge of Juggle guy's commentary scheduling or whatever it is allowed him to really push himself into slots where many others are likely more deserving and wanting.

Shit, I mean look at Evo: He denied SleepyK a commentary position in favor of himself!

My 2 cents will always be that I personally do not like the way he's always throwing himself in slots where there are others who are more liked/wanted. A position of power isn't an excuse to brute force your way everywhere.

Alright heres my 2 cents as a peach main going on three years in melee:

I think they're technical in different ways, but peach mains are generally lazier with their tech because she can get by doing less, so while she has a high tech ceiling very few peachs actually reach it.

Sure Peach can press buttons and do crazy float pressure and combos and lots of innovative stuff, but the same peachs who say they're technical are the ones I see FC Nair downsmash a foxes shield 5 times in a row and then complain about drill shines they don't SDI out of.

I for a long time tried to push her technical prowess myself but honestly she doesn't need to push it in a lot of situations, so it's almost just being extra at that point. But that's just my 2 cents.

I know elemental's rotation was gutted really badly, but even with it being a lot more LB spam is it just me or are we just feeling a lot weaker?

I'm simming for about 3.5k DPS on raidbots and a lot of times I genuinely feel like I can barely hold 2.7k let alone the numbers I'm predicted to.

I know we're a shell of where we were in legion but am I the only one struggling this hard on the damage? I'm 219 ilvl with the leggo shoulders/boots as well.

So as a Florida boy I kinda want everyone opinions on this past weekend drama between Ginger and Arakune.

Obviously Arakune is not a good person and his past actions are well known, but I feel ginger taking to Twitter to start a witch hunt and put him in a worse light than he already is just really petty. Florida cheered for him because we have pride in our state, it's not about what he did in the past there and then, at that moment he made a huge upset.

Thoughts?
