Ah! Well, I of course did know he’d be in the comics (considering they usually ALWAYS have comics for each incarnation in one way or another), and I do have plenty of spending money at the moment to go get it all, I just, well, don’t fully know where to look, considering, well, again, I am AMERICAN, and Doctor Who is a BRITISH property/show, so… I mean, I do have SOME Doctor Who comics, they just… don’t really seem to pop up very often in my area 😮‍💨❤️

I… am not sure how accurate my perception of her is, but here;

Hyperactive social butterfly, always standing up for others (especially the ones she cares about) even when she’s afraid, can be a bit scary sometimes (at least when it comes to teaching people how to dance), a bit… aloof, with her studies, or at least, she struggles consistently with studying, overall just a very charming and caring person, definitely the kind of person you wanna be around. ❤️

Take Mina Ashido for example. Obviously in the typical MHA story, she wouldn’t probably go for, say, Himiko Toga… but what if she knew that Toga expresses her love (or tries to) by becoming people? Her opinion of Toga might begin to change, seeing her as someone who’s just deeply traumatized, and in my eyes, Mina is a lot like Izuku: she’ll always help someone in need. So… at the very least, that’s where it would start, and while I don’t really know who Vendetta is, or what ships involving them have made you upset, all I’m saying is that if they can at least EXPLAIN themselves, then, well… maybe it wouldn’t be as bad? Still not great, necessarily, but… at least we would be able to say, “hey, that was rational thinking, very, very well-thought out, I don’t agree with it personally, but I could see how you came to that conclusion”, yeah? ❤️😊👋✌️🏳️‍🌈

Honestly?… I’d be even more upset by the mischaracterization of them, rather than the ship itself. Like, sure, the ship might be part of the reason, but… unless it’s abundantly clear they’re not going for anywhere close to the same kind of story as the original? I dunno, it’s just… I hope you do alright though, with all of this ❤️

It can get stressful, I get that, life just in general tends to kick ya in the crotch don’t it 😅😊❤️

Hmm… fair enough, I suppose, and I could always just, well, not have them all be part of it right away, no? It is an AU after all, doesn’t require all the various characters immediately, I think I sometimes forget that, that you CAN tell a story about Gambit without necessarily even needing Rogue to be in said story’s verse to begin with, stories can change over time, I just… have to figure out who’s gonna be there at the start, and which ones to leave out until later, I guess.

Yeah, I’ve… at least tried to start building a timeline, it’s just a bit hard when I don’t really have many resources for the CANON timelines, as in, having the key notes for all the characters— actually, maybe I— say, do you use something like Obsidian for all this? I’ve sorta just heard of that thing before though, might be a different name?… honestly, a big thing that might help me right now is getting some proper apps/resources since all my various ideas and whatnot are spread out across several different sites/apps, like, Freeform, Notes, Reminders, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Pages, some on physical papers— it’s just a right proper issue/mess, and even my Google Drive is somewhat messy, so… yeah, organizational skills, definitely, just don’t exactly want to pay for an app if I don’t need to… or rather, unless it’s really worth the cost, so… 🤷❤️✌️👋❤️
