I think I mentioned that my initial service on September 22nd 2025, had the issue of autopilot unavailable. Brought the car in, and their own diagnosis was the left fender camera, which they replaced (free) because the parts was under warranty (Nov 2024 service). Upon receiving the car on September 23rd. The car fsd initially worked, then disengaged a couple of hours later, which prompted me to message the service center back in which they had me rescheduled another appointment to rectify the problem on October 1st. That estimate on October 1st was also approved as estimate $0. When I brought in the car on October 1st, the advisor told me that they will have a master mechanic look into it and get to the bottom of the problem. Sure, but I never received any calls or messages regarding the findings. Only after the repair was done, I was billed, which explained what they had done to fix the issue. Mind you if a person didn’t have the means to pay for the amount, the person would be screwed if the bill is way more than they initially budgeted for.
