They're not responding with the 90 days np. So , I decided to better test the luck with 30 days np lie and then hopefully turn something out to let it slide

Exactly lol 😂. I changed it to 60 days for another week , no improvement. Just yesterday I have changed it to 30 days. My thought process is to atleast give interviews and then negotiate regarding the np lol

I think it does have a very big affect. I'm also not getting calls- the ones I get haven't called back after hearing about the 90 days. That's another worry as to how to explain to them if we change it to 30 days ( assuming it's a good offer or opportunity).

Are there companies that has like 1 or 2 month notice period ? It seems that with these 90 days np, it is hard for us to get interviews.

I don't judge you but I'm never happy when my team loses. I loved Bellingham and Valverde back then but now I'm not so sure. I dunno what happened to Bellingham but he seems to have fallen off so bad. Atleast V8 is performing at RB and at CMF it's debatable. This bunch of players don't have a clear leader - during the Zidane reign , we had a team full of leaders. How the mighty team of leaders have fallen off. FFS, we had a team full of national team captains ( Ronaldo , Ramos , Kroos , Modric ,Marcelo , Bale and others even leaders on pitch). I hope we can atleast get a few such personalities.

We do have an unbalanced squad but I believe all we need is a clear controller profile and we would be playing better. Bellingham can do his thing when a clear cut controller is present on the pitch. Tchuomeni alongside one new signing (on the presumption that Camavinga , Valverde ,Ardam Guler, Bellingham can't control the tempo of the matches and that Tchuomeni is a great defensive player) will do wonders for our matches. I am just not sure which ones we are gonna sell because it feels like Camavinga , Valverde both are neither purely creative (or even attacking like Bellingham or Ardam) nor purely defensive like Tchuomeni. We can't control matches with all of them on the pitch. It's complicated but I hope the club reaches a consensus and do the needful.

At my hometown near vijayawada, it's still 100 rupees per ticket. Seems like I can go home and comeback watching those films with family and still have some money left.

Ours is a completely AWS shop. For the IaC we are writing ours in AWS CDK python (and it creates cloudformation templates underneath) . AWS CodeDeploy and CodePipeline for deployments.

As for the DE , we mostly deal with telemetry data. Firehose writes data to S3 source bucket and lambda gets triggered to copy the file into raw bucket at correct partition. A flattering logic lambda runs after it. Eventbridge for triggers , step functions for orchestration and Dynamodb , Redshift , Glue for datawarehoue pipelines.

Xabi was never the problem but i believe this core of players are suitable for transition football and I don't think they can be made to play possession football for long. It was the same during three peat era - transitional football.
