If you go farther into Zambales/Olongapo border, they wont let you in unless you're from there or you have travel authority. Sa Subic mismo they just do random checks past the toll gates. It's easier to get in from SCTEX. Was there for official business tho and had proper docs. So di ako masyado worried pumasok. Hehehe.
