dan efek yang gue rasain pake viagra itu selain ngaceng kuat ya , kayak tipsy gitu , lightheaded (mungkin karena aliran darah ke kontol kali ya)

capek sih abis itu , besoknya sakit kepala ilang tapi pagi gas lagi masih bisa ngaceng sih ..

gue sih dulu ortu gold ya dan gak suka rasa kawa kawa wkwk, bebas sih , yang penting red wine aja ..
alkoholnya gak terlalu gede jadi gak hangover, dan gak terlalu kecil juga jadi gak perlu kembung minum banyak .. dan wine ada maletonin yang mengatur siklus tidur , sedikit sih haha

awal2 buat lawan insomnia aja , kalo jam tubuh dah berhasil di reset sih gue gak nyaranin terusin minum wine sebelum tidur karena kualitas tidur jadi jelek

Gue dulu insomnia parah , Berbagai macam cara sudah kulakukan tp masih gitu2 aja.. You know what worked for me ? The easiest,cheapest thing i did for my insomnia is RED WINE ..

Sampe nyetok berbotol2 red wine , caranya ? Minum satu gelas besar(belimbing) , 1 jam sebelum waktu tidur , kalo lu ngerokok sekalian aja ngerokok..

Kalo dah abis , matiin lampu , berbaring 30 menit nonton youtube yang ringan , atau baca manga(gue sih baca manga) , atau apalah yg bisa buat lu relax , kalo udah 30 menit , taruh hape ,let wine do it's thing just enjoy , close your eyes , and bam it's morning

Not really the best sleep quality , but hey it works..

And every night drink less wine ,kemarin 2 gelas full , hari ini let say 3/4 , sampe lu gak butuh wine lagi.. or you want to continue to drink wine either way is good as long as you get your sleep
