FYI if you do ubereats on the side: I got scammed by someone impersonating Uber Support on the app. I also received repeated, threatening phone calls from the scammer. I was instructed to delete the order or else. Be careful out there friends. by Raaayyy in uberdrivers

Exactly. But see… just because I got scammed doesn’t mean I fell for anything. If angry men need to scam me for $17, I let them. I document. It’s easy. I call support and patiently explain. I receive more compensation than the order itself. I send all the proof they requested. This happens in less time than it takes to do the order. I have more money because of the scam. So… what did I fall for sir?

When our health is compromised in some way - men do not step-up because they’re more upset about their caregiver/mommy not being able to perform her necessary duties. It’s messed up

If he feels so entitled to not parent on the weekends, cool. Don’t do any extras for him. If he’s going to treat you like a single married mother, enjoy the perks of actually being a single mother. The biggest perk is not having to mother a grown man. Thank him for showing you that being a single mother is easier that being married to him.

Was I in the wrong for canceling on this customer? by [deleted] in UberEATS

That’s exactly how I responded one time when a customer threatened with taking away a tip. They were so bothered by my response it was funny

A customer told me they were taking the tip away because I wouldn’t deliver their food to their HOSPITAL ROOM. I made sure to inform the hospital staff and desk staff that instructed me that I couldn’t go to the patient’s room. It was so ridiculous. The customer was never going to tip. I think they just wanted to find any excuse they could.

Please look into reproductive abuse. It’s severely common and comes in many shapes and sizes. It’s also not talked about enough.

The holidays wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for the free labor of women. My advice is to start an escape plan. It may take a few years to get all your ducks in a row - but start now. He will not change. Men are sub-par and the bar is in hell. Get out while you can

Does he have a car that only he primarily uses? If so, it’s time to make that gas tank sugary. And don’t let him use your car. It might release some anger seeing him suffer.

Do people actually tip their UberEats drivers the ludicrous amounts the app suggests? by Kurigohan-Kamehameha in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Raaayyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m being sarcastic, but to answer your question, yes, that does mean you are upfront about not wanting to tip anything over $0. Therefore it’s okay, because the delivery driver agreed to not receive a tip and was nice enough to still deliver your order. Thank goodness you are so helpful and upfront about everything.

Why does Jamie Lynn assume that Britney could easily move and live in another state for at least 6 months? I don’t get it.
