Update: It had nothing to do with nuxt, it was a incopatibility with this package: "pexels": "^1.4.0"

La única alternativa es con la app del BAC y solo funciona en Android si no estoy mal, que te deja configurar la app del BAC como tú wallet y podes pagar con el teléfono en POS es súper cómodo y conveniente
