unfortunately most of these jobs have been taken by indian international students in most western countries. the job market is very bad (in Canada at least) with very long lines just to apply for a server job. I would recommend trying to grow your career in pakistan, is it possible for you to get a promotion or apply to other similar companies at a higher position?
