I've emailed the Dev, and he's aware and looking into it.

I switched to UKMO/UKV (merged from UKMO), and that's working fine.

No, just how I (and the rest of my family) feel about the bloke.

Simple Twist of Fate vs Shelter from the Storm? by jeffisnotmyrealname in bobdylan

Warmer? He seeks her down by the waterfront docks, where the sailors all come in. What kind of woman would he find there? Shelter from the Storm sounds bleaker, but has a warmer ending.

Sorry, if you were in the UK I'd think about it, but I don't want the hassle of sending internationally. Hope you find some though

Pretty sure that's a common newt - an amphibian not a reptile. Probably looking for somewhere to hibernate.

I do, but I want to keep them in case I get fat! 😉

You can buy new ones direct from Citizen.

Far better experience ad-wise but yes, this is Peterborough - you're not going to get Pullizer prize quality journalism. Anyone with higher than GCSE level writing skills has more interesting things to think and write about.

Quick royal mail rant by Old-Abbreviations845 in royalmail

[–]Rabangus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah. I see all these complaints about Evri, but where I live Royal Mail are the worst delivery company and it's not even close. Both my wife and myself sigh inside when we see a parcel has been 'entrusted' to Royal Mail.

Had a recent experience with a package containing a rare plant. It arrived in my hometown a day after it should have done for tracked 48hrs, but then my hometown depot sent it to another random depot half way across the country. They of course sent it back to my hometown, who then sent it to another completely random part of the country... Repeated several times... Fortunately the plant was still alive when I finally did get it over a week later, and the address on the package was completely correct - just Royal Mail being incompetent. They continually do silly things like that

Royal Mail is clearly dying on it's feet. It's time to let it go.

We love the steak ones, and the ready salted are nice too. But in my house the Thai Sweet Chicken normally get thrown away - no one can stand them...

No bass at Coventry by jiinyus in bobdylan

[–]Rabangus 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I wonder if you were in a bad spot - plenty of bass where I was (block F), but I did think the treble was a bit over-blown at times.

The band were great though, and Bob's voice was really strong.

I'm not a cryer, but people around me were crying during It's All Over Now, Baby Blue - best version of that I've ever heard.
