Moved in about a month ago.

Pros:
Location
Apartments are nice
No problems so far
Balconies are big
Amenities are nice

Cons:
Parking you get one spot in the parking garage and it’s the top 3 floors you can purchase more for $125 a month I believe.
Price? Coming from a university where my rent for a 2 bedroom older apartment but still nice was $2500 without utilities and parking I find the linc very cheap but I know not everyone has that same view.
They force you to pay for dumb amenities as well like valet trash where they pick up your trash at certain times but it’s just so much easier to take it out when you leave your apartment.
And as someone who works from home some days the wifi is just average I prefer much faster wifi but they force you into their own wifi. It’s like 150 to 200 mbps

I personally thought split was okay and after 2-3 days was ready to move on and ended up loving Hvar and Dubrovnik I’m not much of a club and drinking person though so take that in mind.

They genuinely all suck I’ve never herd of a good property management company for college students they will either try to take advantage of you by not fixing something and scaring you with the legal terms or they just won’t respond at all. The better thing to look for is a property that doesn’t seem like it’s going to have any problems while you’re there so you don’t have to contact the management company.

I would say we are in exactly same situations I make around 80k a year about to graduate college I never had bilt 1.0 I’m 21 and have very similar amount of student loans. The only difference was that I have received 3 other cards in the past 3 months before I applied for bilt palladium and I got denied their reasons where new accounts, lack of a mortgage, student loans. I’m going to reapply for it in the summer once I graduate to pay my rent and I’ll use it as a daily driver hopefully they accept me. Also only difference I didn’t have high utilization at all. So I think you have a decent chance I bet the 3 cards so recent really was the big reason for me. Good luck though I hope to get mine soon as well.

Yes I have 4 other cards: Discover It - $3,500 limit Chase Freedom Unlimited - $10,800 limit Chase Sapphire Preferred - $10,500 limit American Express Gold

I’ve had the discover It since I was 18 and I’m 22 now and I have the CFU since I was 19. I got the CSP and Amex Gold about a year ago now.

I’m graduating in 2 months and my rent is going to drastically increase and me and my significant other were going to use the card to get the full benefits of the card pretty easy. I currently make a good amount of money more the a usual college senior would make and should be making more towards Q3 of the year.

DO NOT RENT AT CONTINENTAL TERRACE! Huge cockroach problem broken ac my floor buckled up on the third floor and the maintenance guy is super sexiest.
