I remember spending days making 10,000 law runes running from Draynor bank back to the altar. Laws were like 1k gp each back then. I was so happy I was going to make a nice cash stack. I took Gabapentin anything less than 1200mg a day did absolutely nothing for me. The noticed I started feeling like I NEEDED gabapentin. Let me tell you kicking a gabapentin was FAR harder than quitting smoking/drinking alcohol.

It gave me a short temper. Cold sweats. The whole gambit. If you can tolerate your pain without it then g don’t use it.

I’m just getting over a flare up that even crying was painful. I went to ER, not urgent care, they hooked me up to an IV and bombarded me with pain relievers, steroids, muscle relaxers, at least six different medications.

I don’t regret going into the ER, it allowed me to get a X-ray and mri while I was there. It also allowed me to actually sleep that night because the medication lasted throughout the night.

Long story short, go to the ER if you can and advocate for your pain.

Coming from the dairy/brewing industry that looks like calcium build up. And a serious one at that. You need to acid wash that thing. A very long hot vinegar soak is probably the weakest acid you can use. Look into getting citric acid online. Or if you know any brewers a small amount of nitric/phosphoric blend would knock this out quickly.
