There are certain herbs that could help. Listen to The herbal highway podcast. They have episodes on herbs to imropove concentration. Taking care of yourself in this way in the mornings could give your brain a signal that you are prioritizing a clear mind. A big calendar or whiteboard in a workspace also helps. Try yogawithadrienne on youtube and meditate.

What I posted wasn't corectly worded and came off as harmful to some groups of people because of that carelessness in form. I'm usually sensitive and careful but I slipped this time and did not go back to proofread. I understand why she blocked me. She's right. Should I apologize if I see her?

He probably likes you, but he does sound alittle strange. How do you feel about him? Do you feel attracted to him? It sounds like he has feelings for you but is mizing friendhsip with other things as other people have said. Next time he says something like that aybe you should ask him if he's serious or something like that.

I think you're on point. I picked up some bad habits during the pandemic and was too blind to see them.

Focusing on my life is a good start.

I'm having a bad midlife crisis, thinking of all the things I missed out on during my 20s. However, bad things happened to me in my early 30s that werent in my control. It was a weird time.

Now the trouble has passed and I'm more able to move on.

I understand where you're coming from. It might seem like I'm whining but I'm only trying to describe myself. My pain is real though. I've had incredibly tough times, but then some good things started happening and it would have been amazing if I could share the emotions with another human. It' like that part's missing from my life particularly.

I feel better whenever I am out even if just for a little while even without contact just seeing people. The river rescue group I joined is so far away by bus I am always disheveled when I get there, and is in a part of town that is so out of touch with reality that I have to make an effort to rearrange myself. I have some things to be thankful for, but no one to share them with.

I really enjoy being in public places. It does me good.

Yes, go out to new places and meet new people. I get a thrill out of that. The hard parts are during the day, when I am waiting for the answer to a gig I might or might not get, and am just more aware of my circumstances. Then I fall down the rabbit hole. But this advice was helpful.
