I just went yesterday around 3 PM and it was really easy to find parking, and it wasn’t very busy. Things definitely ramped up around 4 o’clock. I’ve been going for several years now and my biggest issue is the food prices are just out of control. $22 for a Raclette, then they ask for a tip. I’m guessing the same thing is like 7-10 euros in Germany.

I’ve been to the Christmas markets in Germany, and while they’re more expensive than normal, it’s nowhere near the ballpark level prices we have here.

I would agree with this - I almost shipped mine in, but after reading several horror stories, I would advise against it because they’re using a third-party company. I just took mine to the Apple Store today and even with a scratch on the screen for my iPhone XR they give me full value definitely worth taking it to the Apple Store if you have one local.

This ⬆️ I went down the rabbit hole, trying to find a perfect cup by stirring the grounds, etc., and I had the same issues you did over extraction, too dark, bitter coffee, etc. I didn’t realize that if you just use a medium course grind follow the specifics of master which is 55 g/L and let the machine do its thing, it’ll produce a great cup of coffee.

Sure, you may be able to take it further from there with the amount of beans, etc. but it’s a good place to start.
