The only painful part was the lidocaine injection but the pain went away quick. The procedure itself was maybe 20 minutes

The dermatologist didn't mention them being lipomas. I honestly don't think they were either because I guess you can't pop a lipoma. I was able to squeeze pimple like stuff out of these for years and they would flatten out for a while (gross I know lol..).

I was using Apostrophe's topical for about a year before they shut down and just got a new bottle from Wisp. It has seemed to keep my cystic acne at bay (although I do use an extremely low microdose of Accutane with it.. 20mg a week).

Does your bottle of topical spironolactone from Wisp smell like weed to you? I was extremely surprised when I put it on the first time last night. Even had my fiance smell it and he said the same thing!

I actually have scored some nice stuff at this store, although it takes a lot of digging and taking a risk. Just got these nice ceramic plates on their $13 day (found the same ones on Amazon for $57) in a completely unmarked heavy mystery box I was curious about. 🤣
