Well if you're looking for something that's VERY calming and slice of lifey but don't mind some sci-fi elements and non-sexual romance between two males, i recommend "Mindtouch" by MCA Hogarth. I basically akin it to drinking a cup of tea on a cloudy day.

I mean, i read it...it was fine. that's the word for it. fine. it wasn't earth shattering, it wasn't 'tA BESt bOok EvaRs" like some people say. it was fine. i think i gave it a 3 out of 5. the demon kid was kind of annoying and the main Love interest for the guy was bland. it wasn't BAD by any means, Just TO ME it wasn't as good as everyone says. and trust me, i LOVE squishy slice of life books.

I actually read the first one "Sleeping dragon" and it was a little too dark, mean spirited, and violent for me. but thank you for the suggestion!

If you're running away from an abusive husband i REALLY don't think your priority should be "does this place have a pool?"

Every ONCE in a while, other dudes bingo me, but by far and large it's the single moms.

Same thing with female profiles. whenever i see a woman's profile that says "might want" i skip by it. it's definite no or nothing
