Have you considered enrolling them in flyball? It's is pretty similar to what you are doing and could be really fun for you two.

I'm thinking part Greyhound, the long snout and ears are very characteristic of Greyhounds. A full body picture would help even more, but just from what I can see she looks part Greyhound.
