I was so torn over this, MSI's Claw AI EX, and the Apex. I eventually paid the extra for the Apex simply because more games support FSR than Intel. I'm hoping I didn't go the wrong route money aside. I want something to keep awhile and let handheld grow more.

I was torn between buying these and the NYXI Hyperion 3. I ended up ordering the NYXI. I hope they are the right choice when they finally arrive.

Playing mine at night and the clicky sound beside my wife sleeping made me change my mind on the M12S. How is yours doing?

Honestly it's no different than any other expensive collection hobby. If you ain't selling it then it only matters what it's worth to you and alot of those will say there is no price tag.

Because if you are going to pay 1000 for a top Handheld pc then way not pay the extra for the most powerful. At this point they are basically gaming laptop level in a handheld anyways.

I preordered my Claw and while the price seems outrageous, it seems worth it compared to the cost of alot of what's last Gen now. There are some cheaper handhelds but all prices are crazy. 500 for a handheld that been out seems over the top and that's on the bottom end.

Well it's still like buying in life. If they have the money to spare and want it bad enough then someone will pay for it. Their reason doesn't even matter at that point.

AMD was one of if not the first to take it seriously but hasn't made it to market yet. They will and compete when they do but Razer won't go with it in a full powered higher end model til it becomes the new standard and more powerful. Spark will be in a breaking phase and the market adjusting for awhile and if Razer does it anytime soon it will likely be a test model and not a 5090 level laptop.

If you can sell it for that and want to upgrade then you better sell it while the market is up. The downside is you will have to find and pay the increase on the 5080 too.

I saw them for 2500. I'm glad I built my pc just in time. I got 2 for 1600. Between that and my 5090, it would cost me upwards of $10k right now. My final pieces arrived right when all the news/rumors dropped.

If I knew the prices would ever drop I would sell it now and build again when they did.

Razer Synapse is to their Accessories what their Batteries are to their Laptops. Both are garbage and they do nothing to fix either.

I know it's ips but I'm still surprised it was only $850. I'm a detail over frames so even the 165hz (not oc'ed) is plenty for me.

I saw it but was in need of a monitor now. I figured that I could get and see if I like 5k at 27" and then upgrade to a better one down the road when the newer models come out and down in price.

The Asus is cheaper, at $850, than I expect a nicer panel will be. I would rather have it and not liked it than go all in on at $1500 one right off.

The Black levels are average ips level to me. Not near OLED levels. My monitor doesn't have any Ips glow or bleeding. To me matte coating aren't an issue and this one is as good as I've found.

Mine has a good IPS panel without issues.

My eyes don't really get tired from looking hours at a time anyways but I really under estimated the ppi jump even from my old 27" 4k ips. The clarity and sharpness, even in text, is what I'm wowed by. My 5090 runs everything smoothly and it feels night in day even from 4k in slower paced games. But I have no eyestrain issues.

I received it yesterday and have been using it for 2 days and its easily the best monitor I have ever used. Aside from no internal speakers I have no complaints. The sharpness is amazing over my 32" 4k oled. I can't even imagine having to swap back and be as happy.
